Rarotonga’s newest restaurant is OTB, located at Manuia Beach Resort in Arorangi.
To celebrate its opening, owner Phillip Nordt hosted a staff function and photo shoot on Sunday together with a barbecue and Sunday sangrias at the beach area in front the restaurant bar.
An enthusiastic bunch of people attended the function to launch the new restaurant in appropriate style and were treated to some great entertainment and food, with the theme “Island Style with Ei”.
